Swisher's HR in ninth boosts Yankees over Orioles

Brett Gardner added an RBI double for the Yankees, who stemmed a three-game slide and finished their homestand at 7-3.

Matt Wieters slugged a two-run homer for the Orioles, whose four-game win streak came to a halt.
